Jamie MacDonald – Managing Partner  envelope

Jamie MacDonald began his career as an Administration Officer with the Royal Bank of Canada. He moved into personal sales, joining a leading Canadian Life Insurer. He also launched a unique Canadian mutual fund company, being responsible for the recruiting, training and sales management portion of the business. He is well known as a dynamic and effective communicator, genuine in his care for people and his belief in the potential of each individual.

Jayne Barron – Partner

Jayne brings over 20 years experience in business management and human resources to you and your team.  She has served business, associations, government and educational organizations.  Jayne understands the challenges of staffing and recruitment and balances the short term needs of your organization with the overall career development of individuals.  Her extensive training and coaching experience makes her a trusted advisor to her clients.

Neal Diamond – Partner envelope

Neal is a passionate speaker, motivator, and business growth strategist. Over the past 20 years, Neal has held key management roles with some of Canada’s largest organizations. He has also had the privilege of consulting with family run businesses. Whether a large company or a family business, Neal’s passion is to help companies better understand and articulate what they need to do to grow. Through developing practical solutions he leads businesses successfully into the next phase or generation.

Brenda Hooper – Partner

brendahooperFamily Mediation is a fast and effective tool in communicating everyone’s needs and wants to create a stable home life. A person’s family life dramatically affects their work life. We can’t help but bring family problems to work and work problems home.  Learning to communicate effectively in both environments is essential to balancing your life.

Brenda is certified as a Comprehensive Family Mediator through Family Mediation Canada and as a Step Family Coach through The Step Family Foundation of America.  She is on the B.C. Mediation Roster and a member of the B.C. Arbitration & Mediation Institute.

Brenda also offers private mediation and workshops on “Step Family Relations” and “Communicating in Conflict.”

Robert Sanzalone is a dynamic technology trainer and social media consultant with over 15 years business experience living and working in Canada and Japan. A great communicator with an infectious passion, Robert has been the Western Canada Regional Technology Trainer for Freedom 55 Financial as well as a Social Media Strategist with his own company – pacificIT.

Carol A. Carter – Partner

Carol has worked with all levels of staff and management, heard their concerns, addressed their challenges and created targeted solutions that got results! She is certified in assessments and leadership tools, and facilitates groups of all size.
Carol’s greatest passion is helping people create better lives through personal growth.  Better leaders create engaged and productive work environments. Stronger, customer focused companies build healthy communities.
